1 Welcome and Acceptance

bv33 ("we", "platform" or "company") is an online betting and casino service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and bv33.

By registering on the bv33 platform, creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

3 Account Registration and Verification

During the bv33 registration process you must provide accurate and complete information. You will need to provide your real name, date of birth, active mobile number and correct payment details at the time of registration. bv33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided.

As part of identity verification (KYC) we may request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued identity document. Verification becomes mandatory when deposit or withdrawal amounts exceed a specified limit.

Keeping your account confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

bv33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud, deception or unauthorised activity is suspected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors occurs.
• If money laundering or illegal financial transactions are suspected.

You may also contact the support team at any time to request account closure. Any valid balance will remain withdrawable before the account is closed, however bonuses may be forfeited if their conditions have not been met.

5 Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

bv33 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only; each eligible account may benefit from this offer once.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (15x) — meaning you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• The deadline to complete the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is activated.
• If the conditions are not met within the time limit, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• The maximum bet limit on the bonus may vary depending on the game category.

6 Other Promotions and Offers

bv33 may from time to time run reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournaments and seasonal promotions. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, described in detail on the offer page.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all winnings being forfeited and the account may be closed.

bv33 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

7 Deposit Policy

The following payment methods are available for depositing funds at bv33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or through anonymous methods are not permitted.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly; bank transfers may take slightly longer.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

8 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 5 and 30 minutes to process.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where possible).
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the applicable bonus wagering conditions have not been met.
• bv33 may carry out additional verification checks on suspicious withdrawal requests.
• bv33 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if fraud is suspected.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bv33 platform:

• Placing bets using any software, bots, scripts or automated methods.
• Identifying bugs or errors in the system and exploiting them for unfair advantage.
• Playing in collusion with other players or through collusion methods.
• Using multiple accounts to gain advantages beyond bonus terms.
• Using the platform for illegal financial activities or money laundering.
• Attempting to break or bypass the platform's security measures.

10 Responsible Gaming Commitment

13 Limitation of Liability

bv33 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, disruptions to third-party services or other uncontrollable circumstances. Responsibility for wins and losses rests entirely with the user.

14 Dispute Resolution
